Responsibilities:
Recruitment / Resource Management Responsibilities:
• Designed recruitment Strategy for our Global Services/ Resourcing Model.
• Interact with all BU’s on a regular basis to understand their current needs and allocate/recruit resource as and when required.
• Interact with Onsite Clients on a regular basis to bridge a pipeline on forecasted needs.
• Proactively recruited for both existing job orders as well as maintaining a steady candidate flow in anticipation of future orders.
• Ensure Recruitment Drives are successful.
• Interact with the consulting firms (service providers) to fulfill our manpower needs.
• Handle senior level recruitment and possess capability to interact at any level in the organization.
• Map offshore resources for Onsite needs.
• Conduct both phone and in-person interviews, determining qualifications and presenting qualified candidates to respective managers.
• Deploy/ redeploy software professionals from various locations and allocate them based on Onsite/Offshore project needs.
• Done lateral Hiring.
HR Responsibilities:
• Handle the Post Recruitment Process for our Onsite Employees.
• Negotiate structure and components of the offer.
• Do reference and background check for new Joiners.
• Serve as functional resource for employees and respective BU’s.
• Keep management advised of potential problem areas and recommend/implement solutions.
• Act as primary point of contact, investigate, and resolve complex personnel issues, such as employee grievances, discrimination issues, and other work-related employee complaints and concerns.
• Assisted in Framing Benefit Policy for onsite resources.
• Played significant Role in Employee relations initiatives.
• Inducting New Joiner’s to get a comfort feel and drive them to achieve organization and individual goal /objective.
• Ensure entire team’s Motivation to get things going.
• Build contact with Onsite Employees to ensure greater employee retention.
• Manage end to end deliverables from our inception onto various geographical locations.
• Coordinate with travel dept on issues related to Per-diem and travel requisites for onsite resources.
