• Business development of Eurofinance ZAT, as the Vice President of the Board – Chief Sales Officer;
Implementing start-up activities of the public limited company, which specializes in vehicle leasing and car fleet management. Design and implementation of market strategy. Establishment and effective development the chain of Regional Branches and cooperation with majority of importers, producers and vehicle dealers.
• Development of Fiat Group commercial activities in Poland in the field of financial services;
Implementation of the Fiat Bank Poland S.A. start up activities and covering 80% of the car credits market share in Fiat Auto Poland dealers network (1997-1999). A return to Fiat Group (2003-2005) as the Director of Sales and Marketing Department, acting Member of the Board and implementation of the new market strategy.
• Development of Volvo Group commercial activities in Poland in the field of vehicle sales financing;
As the Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Department I was responsible for design and implementation the new market strategy. I achieved 70% dynamics of profit growth.
• Start up project implementation in the field of car trade on the entire EU market:
As the Vice President - Chief Sales Officer of EDP Ltd ad interim, I was responsible for design and implementation the market strategy and activities of European Dealer Platform (market place) in 10 countries.
• Design and implementation the sales strategy of e-learning technologies on the global market;
As the Director of International Sales ad interim in YDP S.A. I was responsible for design and implementation the sales strategy on the global market.
• Development of Volta Ltd. carrying out operations on b2b security sector market;
As the Managing Director - Member of the Board, I achieved 50% dynamics of profit growth and raised of the company’s competitiveness by elaboration and implementation of the new market strategy.
• Design and implementation of polyurethane foams marketing strategy on the global market;
As the Director of the Marketing Department of Polyurethane Foams ad interim in Selena S.A.,
I was responsible for design and management of the PU Foam Marketing Department in Selena S.A.
Moreover, I launched new brands of PU Foams on twenty free national markets in Europe.
• Design and development of the Marketing & PR Department and its strategy on the Polish market;
As the Marketing & PR Department Director ad interim in Electus S.A., I was responsible for the design and development of marketing and PR strategies for the market lider in the management of medical sector receivables. I also supported entering the Company into the Group quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
• Development of the advisory competencies in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Poland;
Sales and implementation of advisory and training projects for the biggest customers in the finance
sector (PKO BP, BZ WBK, Lukas Bank, Lukas S.A., EFL S.A., Kredyt Bank, CITIBANK,
Bank Przemysłowy), in the industrial sector (Intercell S.A., Magneti Marelli, Jedlicze Refinery, SKANSKA, Fiat Poland SA.), in the FMCG sector (Bakoma S.A., Pobita S.A, SEITA S.A, Podravka International), in logistic & spedition sector (DEC S.A.) and in the publishing sector (Publishing House Urban & Partner).
• Establishment and development of the regional branches of GE Capital Bank S.A. , as well as
domination of the loans market for cars purchase in Southern Poland (gaining 70% of market share).
