• SAP based inventory control of New Vehicles and Spares. • Maintain customer satisfaction for after sales services ensuring adherence of service standard norms of the company. • To train and maintain records of training of sales executive, floor supervisors, frontline supervisors, mechanics, helpers, passport executives, PDI incharge and service advisors regarding technical aspects of Hero Honda motorcycles. • Maintain on line warranty records on SAP portal as per company norms. • Planning and monitoring Sales and Service activities in rural area. • Day to day monitoring and reporting of sales and service figures to achieve monthly and annual targets of the company. • Maintenance of equipments and machineries like hydraulic ramps, hydraulic lift, pneumatic wrench, air compressor, pressure pumps, motors, air blower, special jig and fixtures of engine room, special digital tools like techo meter, PUC machine, timing light torch, spark plug cleaner, tyre pressure gauge, oil dispenser, parts cleaner, Battery charger, bar code modem, GSM modem, fuel ignition sensor meter etc. • Operation and maintenance of software system like auto SMS, WIFI LAN system for service reminder, insurance renewal, and service feed back, birthday, anniversary and other festival season greeting to customer. • Co-ordinate with Banks, RTO, Insurance agents regarding sales of motorcycles.
